SAAC's literature proclaims:
"SAAC is the only national/international enthusiast organization
dedicated to the cars from Carroll Shelby: Cobras,
GT350s, GT500s, Ford GT40s--as
well as virtually every other Ford-powered performance car: Sunbeam
Tigers, Mustangs of all descriptions from 1964-1/2 to the present day
5.0-litre Cobras, Boss 302s-351s-429s, Mangustas, Panteras, Griffiths,
Cobra replicas--you name
it and if it's powered by a Ford powerplant and goes like a rocket,
you'll probably see one at an SAAC meet! For more details about the
SAAC and how you can become a member, check out SAAC's Cobra Country Web page.
We
cordially invite you to become a member of the Cobra
Owners Club of America, Orange County, (COCOA) and share
the camaraderie of this 25+ year old organization. COCOA
is the oldest southern California car club, formed for owners
to enjoy the experience of owning an original or replica
Cobra or Shelby Mustang, Daytona Coupe or GT40; as the club
has grown, our membership has expanded to include Ford enthusiasts
of all makes and models. We encourage you to attend one
of our monthly meetings to find out what we're all about.
We encourage you to

Open to all Cobra roadster & coupe replicas
Upstate Cobras
was formed in mid-January 2003 after a group of ±20 of us local
Cobra owners concluded there are enough Cobra replicas in the area to
warrant being getting organized. As of April, 2003 the Club has promptly
grown to over 65 members. There is no "geographic restriction"
for the club (in fact there are no restrictions at all). Generally,
club owners are located as far east as Albany, as far south as Binghamton,
as far west as Buffalo, and as far north as Ontario, Canada! We run
three major club events per year: A Spring Run, a Summer Run,
and a Fall Run, in addition to monthly meetings and regularly-scheduled
shows and Cobra-related events.
